Watchmojo took a look at the top 10 insanely violent horror movies, looking at those films that went too far. Not surprising to see on this list are graphically violent films such as Saw and Hostel, whose use of the torture porn genre showed people being maimed and tortured in growingly more and more disturbing ways. The top spot goes to a classic film, one in which the director , stood trial for making a snuff film, due to the realistic deaths caught on film.
