The 1996 horror film Thinner was adapted from a Stephen King book of the same name. It was the last novel King released under the Richard Bachman pseudonym, with King “killing” off the writer a couple of years later. Two more Bachman books were “found” many years later, with The Regulators being published in 1996 and Blaze in 2007, both published posthumously. The film adaption of Thinner went right under the radar of most film fans, but it stills has a loyal cult of dedicated fans, keeping the film flowing from VHS, to DVD to Blu-Ray.
