Chaotically Evil Creatures
Sometimes, you’ll come across a species that are not looking for anything logical, like food, resource or money. They enjoy nothing more than the chaos brought from destroying and killing. These evil entities just want to watch the world burn. They can’t be bargained with. They can’t be reasoned with. They doesn’t feel pity, or remorse, or fear. And they absolutely will not stop… Until Chaos rules the day! The aliens, demons and lifeforms on this list are Chaotically Evil Creatures… beware!!!!
Alien – Xenomorphs
The Xenomorphs are portrayed as intelligent ferocious hunters. However, the films never manager to explain why they are so intent on killing everyone. Whilst some would claim that they harvest bodies for the Queen, most of the films take place in a queenless environment. These creatures kill purely for the sake of killing making them lethal weapons of mass destruction.
“If those things get back here, that will be all. Then you can just kiss it good-bye, Jack! Just kiss it goodbye.” – Lieutenant Ellen Ripley
Maximum Overdrive – Vehicles and Gadgets
As the Earth passes through the tail of a comet, previously inanimate objects suddenly spring to life and turn homicidal. The vehicles even show signs of intelligence, communicating with the survivors on several occasions. As intelligent beings, their actions of mass genocide could only be explained to be rampageous and evil.
“So, they send in their interstellar housecleaners. Send in their broom. Sweep us all up. That’s what this it is, it’s a broom. Using our own machines to sweep us right off.” – Bill Robinson
Men In Black – Bugs, Sarleena and Boglodites
All of the major villains from the Men in Black films have little to no explanation for their reasons of wanting mass destruction and genocide. They all seem to come from angry and ravenous cultures that thrive on pain and chaos.
“War? Good. That means more food for my family. All 78 million of them. That’s a lot of mouths to feed, Highness.” – Edgar
Day Breakers – Subsiders
Whilst the regular vampires feed on human blood to retain their better human qualities, the Subsiders are feral monsters that kill on sight and prey on vampires and humans alike.
“Welcome back to humanity. Now you get to die.” – Edward Dalton
Troll 2 – Goblins
The goblins from Troll 2 exist in a social and hierarchical society ruled by a queen, but they primarily seem interested in eating humans. They turn their prey into green vegetable goo, by tricking people into eating poisoned food. Generally, intelligent species can control their eating habits, which means these creatures are purely evil for evil’s sake.
“They’re eating her… and then they’re going to eat me… OH MY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!” – Arnold
The Witches – Witches
The witches in the same named filmed, have a an irrational hatred of children, to the point where they would happily see them all wiped out. Considering that even Witches must have grown from children, wiping kids out would only server as a chaotic end to both human and witch kind.
“Witches of England… You are a disgrace! Miserable witches… You are good-for-nothing worms! Everywhere I look, I see the repulsive sight of hundreds, thousands of revolting little children…” – Grand High Witch
Independence Day – Aliens
The Alien invaders in Independence Day let humanity know straight from the start that they are here to conquer. With no negotiation, no warnings and “no peace”, these destructive creatures are just here to destroy everything and everyone.
“Peace? NO PEACE!” – Alien
Wishmaster
The race of Djinn, in Wishmaster, are demonic beings with great power, who wish to reign over the Earth with pain, death and destruction. The last earthbound Djinn needs only to grant three wishes to open up the portal to his race, and he purposely misconstrued wishes to create chaos and torment.
“Once, in a time before time, God breathed life into the universe. And the light gave birth to Angels. And the earth gave birth to Man. And the fire gave birth to the Djinn, creatures condemned to dwell in the void between the worlds. One who wakes a Djinn shall be given three wishes. Upon the granting of the third, the unholy legions of the Djinn shall be freed to rule the earth. Fear one thing in all there is…fear the Djinn” – Djinn Legend
Mars Attacks – Martians
The Martian Invader in Mars Attacks are a race of crazed psychotics, that love nothing more than torturing and killing. Despite being fiercely intelligent, they lie, cheat and manipulate the human race, just so they can watch them run, scream and burn.
“Ack! Ack, ack ack ack!” – Martian Ambassador
The Evil Dead – Deadites
The deadites and demons from the Evil Dead series are inherently evil, wanting nothing more than to possess and destroy all life. Despite displaying intelligence and reasoning, they often just want to watch everything fall apart. They enjoy torment and pain, and often give people force hope just to prolong the psychological and physical torture.
“You bastards, why are you torturing me like this? Why?” – Ash
Killer Clowns From Outer Space – Clowns
The entire race of aliens from Killer Clowns From Outer Space are purely evil. Essentially being ugly space clown vampires, they visit earth to package they latest taste sensation, Earthlings! However, rather than just capturing the poor towns folk, they wander around tricking people into more and more gruesome deaths, laughing maniacally as they do so. They enjoy the statistical nature of killing, and find the whole ordeal quite humorous.
“There’s clowns going around killing people. We’re all in danger.” – Mike Tobacco
Gremlins – Gremlins
Spawned from Mogwais, the green skinned Gremlins are inhentrinetly mischievous. The novelization explains that the Mogwai were a failed attempt by alien scientists to create the perfect companion. Whilst Most Mogwai turned out to be dangerous, the rare few who turned out right like Gizmo are called “Eternals”. The gremlins thrive on chaos, seemingly for entertainment sakes. They are crafty, spiteful and often deadly. They have no moral code and can’t be reasoned with or controlled. The Gremlins are Chaotically Evil Creatures, and deserve out top spot on this diabolical list.
“So if your air conditioner goes on the fritz, or your washing machine blows up, or your video recorder conks out, before you call the repairman, turn on all the lights, check all the closets and cupboards, look under all the beds, ’cause you never can tell. There just might be a gremlin in your house.” – Rand Peltzer
