10 Sexiest Horror Vixens and Villains
Horror and sex go together like peas and carrots. And even thought we could never rival a pairing as impressive as your favourite two vegetables, we thought we’d have a crack at paring our own terrible twosome, mixing horror Vixens and Villains into a list of the sexiest. Now this could be an epically long list consider the size and scale of the subject, we have scaled it down to 10 hits we think you’ll find satisfying. Seriously though, we had to stop at 10 after we started to get a little too hot under the collar. So, hold onto your pants and enjoy a whirl wind trip into 10 Sexiest Horror Vixens and Villains.
Lair of the White Worm (1988) – Lady Sylvia Marsh
Ken Russel’s surreal horror, The Lair of the White Worm, is based loosely on the Bram Stoker’s novel of the same name. Sizzling hot British actress Amanda Donohoe, slithers on screen as a sexy seductress and immortal priestess to the ancient snake god, Dionin. Set against an overcast and rather bleak looking Derbyshire town, Donohue’s beautiful and seductive Lady Sylvia Marsh simply sets on fire nearly every scene she’s in, as she sets about sacrificing a local virgin to her slippery-deity. Roaming around in leather, lace and underwear that you could swallow in with a glass of water, this is one horror vixen you’d happily be a victim of!
The Lost Boys (1987) – David
Whilst Northern California isn’t exactly Transylvania, it’s the perfect backdrop for a punk group of biker Vampires. Joel Schumacher’s teen horror romp, The Lost Boys, sees new kids on the block, Michael (Jason Patric) and Sam (Corey Haim) Emerson, terrorized by a gang of young bloodsuckers. The leader of this pack is a blond mullet wearing vamp called David (Kiefer Sutherland), who is full-on undead gorgeous. The Lost Boys has lost to love, from visceral glitter blood to the sweaty sexy sax man playing away like a rock god. But if your hearts all a flutter, it’s probably because of David’s calm charm and drop-dead gorgeous looks. He’s mysterious, playful and smouldering with intensity. Girls love him, men want to be him, and if you play your cards right, you may find yourself lost in the shadows with this blood thirsty beast… tonight!
Vamp (1986) – Katrina
Vamp tells the story of two fraternity pledges looking to find a stripper at the “After Dark” club, which so happens to be home to a group of stripper vampires. Grace Jones stars as a mysterious artistic stripper, and head vampire, Katrina. As strip acts go, Katrina’s surreal routine is by far one of the weirdest, and yet it’s strangely hypnotic in all its buttock wobbling extraordinaire. Jones is stunning throughout the entire film, and her character brings a more reserved charm to a film filled with cheap strippers with their hoo-ha’s hanging out. Yep, “sweet sweet Candy” may melt in your mouth and your hand, but I’d want a shot of penicillin before going anywhere near her!
American Psycho (2000) – Patrick Bateman
Patrick Bateman (Christian Bale) is a Wall Street yuppie, obsessed with success, status and the colour of his business cards. The reality behind his successful life is that he is also a psychotic killer, who happily maims colleagues and feeds cats into to ATMS. Despite his dual personalities and glaring anger management problems, Bateman dose have an incredible looking body, in which he uses to full effect for his perverse sexual appetites. Whilst the film goes out of the way to make you hate the crazed killer, there’s not a second of the film where Bateman’s life, and his appetite for the strange, is not appealing. Just don’t forget to return those video tapes!
From Dusk Till Dawn (1996) – Santanico Pandemonium
When fugitive bank robbers Seth (George Clooney) and Richie (Quentin Tarantino) Gecko rock up at the “Titter Twister” bar, all they wanted to do is lay low whilst enjoying booze, entertainment and a little food, they just did not realise that they were the food! The Twister is home to an ancient race of vampires that have been feasting on travellers, truck drivers and just about anyone that shows up at their door. Tempting people in to their ‘kill jar’ with seductive lassies and sensual dancers, the Twisters main attraction is the sultry exotic dancer Santanico Pandemonium (Salma Hayek) who’s memorising snake dance is enough to turn anyone’s head. She’s Slim, voluptuous and simply to DIE for, as she gyrates and shakes what the good lord gave her. You may have a hard time keeping hold of your bottle whilst watching this girl do her thing, but you’ll be stiffer still when the night shuffles past midnight and the clubs girls get a real thirst on. Yes sir, a night at the Titty Twister can be really draining.
Fright Night – Jerry Dandrige
A touch of charisma and charm can go a long way, and in the case of Chris Sarandon’s pitch perfect performance as Jerry Dandrige, it can make you as hot as hell. Dressed to impress in and with a wicked twinkle in his eye, this vamp knows just how to charm the pants off you! Whether you’re a mum next door or call girl with looks to kill for, Jerry will eat you alive. With his dazzling good looks and sultry stare, Jerry does not need to be a vampire to dazzle you with his head lights.
Species (1995) – Sil
You may like this movie for all the wrong reasons, with the Sci-fi/Horror Species leaking into misogynistic territory with its cumbersome plot and penchant for female nudity. And whilst a semi-nude alien-human hybrid terrorizing the male population of Los Angeles could come across as being rather silly, Species manages to keep the horror flowing with plenty of tension and buckets full of gore. Sil (Natasha Henstridge) is a sex obsessed creature, desperate to have a baby and more than willing to kill anyone that doesn’t quite fit her very specific DNA preferences. It would seem that even woman from Venus can be kind of picky. Henstridge glows on screens and simply steals the cameras gaze with every scene. So whilst the film is a little heavy handed in it’s approach, it’s worth watching just for the gloriously alluring performance of Henstridge.
Blade (1998) – Deacon Frost
Whilst the comic book version of Deacon Frost was a much older gentleman, when Blade was turned into a movie in 1998, he was re-written as much more youthful and alluring beast. With Stephen Dorff stepping into Frost’s vampire shoes, his sex appeal shot up by about 1000%. This fact was not lost on the film studio, who made sure that Frost’s shirt was off as much as possible. With his huge ambition and sadistic nature, Frost uses his intellect and strengths to get what he wants. With his Pale skin, chiselled looks and a cunning determination, Frost steals every scene that he’s in and we are O.K. with that!
Bride of Chucky (1998) – Tiffany Valentine
Being the girlfriend of the notorious Lakeshore Strangler, should have its benefits! But as Tiffany Valentine finds out, no one “fucks with the Chuck”! Played by the gorgeous Jennifer Tilly, she brings Tiffany to life in more than one way, as she also voices murdering temptress when her soul is transferred into a bridal doll. And oh-boy, what a voice, soft and gravely, with every word coming out like a gentle whisper. You may turn up for Chucky, but you’ll be staying for Tiffany, as the voluptuously curvy killer more than keeps up with your friend till the end. She ain’t no Good Guy, but she sure as hell is bad!
Dracula (1992) – Dracula
You may think that Cristopher Lee pretty much nailed the suave and sophisticated characteristics of Dracula, with his smouldering looks and deep silky voice, but Gary Oldman manages to knock Lee off his podium with an emotionally vulnerable turn as the prince of darkness. Oldman perfectly captures a man torn between his emotionally destroyed, eternally damned human side and the monstrous demon that lies deep inside. Humanising this character that has been terrorizing audiences for centuries, is a genius touch that pulls at your heart strings and just draws you in closer. But be still my beating heart, Dracula rips his shirt off; for a sizzling hot scene alongside Mina Harker (Winona Ryder), where he declares his (un)dying love for her! But you know what? He does not look too bad with his clothes on! Dressed impeccably and with a charm and vulnerability we rarely see in vampire films, Oldman’s Dracula is by far the one you’ll want to whisk you away to eternity!
