Back when Stephen Kings cinematic adventures were exploding, film companies were eyeing Kings short stories, after the huge success of Creepshow. Cat’s Eye was one so film. It adapted three of Kings short stories “Quitters, Inc.”, “The Ledge”, and “General”, taking the tales and connecting them together through the exploits of a stray tabby Cat. The first two stories are adaptations of short stories in King’s Night Shift collection, and the third is unique to the film.
