First Photos of Bill Moseley and Sheri Moon in ‘3 from Hell’!
Rob Zombie’s a busy man at the moment. Having just finished filming his third film in the Firefly franchise, he’s about to start touring with Marilyn Manson for the upcoming The Second Coming concerts. With the show keeping him busy until the end of the year, he’s does not believe 3 from Hell will be out this year. He told Trunk Nation that it’ll probably not be out till 2019.
“We’re done shooting it. I finished about two weeks ago. And, basically, the process just stops and waits for me. ‘Cause the film will just basically sit and wait till I get back from tour, which is the end of August. And then we’ll start editing. And that’ll take me through the rest of the year.”
“3 From Hell”, a sequel to his 2005 horror hit “The Devil’s Rejects”, will be re-visiting the surviving members of the psychopathic Firefly family, as Captain Spaulding (Sid Haig), Otis (Bill Moseley) and Baby (Sheri Moon Zombie) return for more deadly deeds. And yes…I did just say surviving, as Zombie supplied some early stills of Bill Moseley and Sheri Moon on set, very much alive and on trail in court. So it seems that the huge shootout at the end of The Devil’s Rejects did not kill all the trio.

“The editing will be five or six months, maybe. But I like it. I have a studio at my house, and we just bring the editors there and set up and we just sequester ourselves away. It’s actually the same studio we make the records in; we just switch out the gear.”
So we can probably look for the film at some point in 2019. Given time for reshoots and such, probably the second part of the year. More news as it comes in.
