Roll up, roll up! Chucky is slashing his way into Dead by Daylight today, making Chrarles Lee Ray the latest horror legend to make it’s way into the epic horror game. The Good Guy is one of 34 killers now in the game, inlcuding Freaddy Kruger, Leatherface, Pinhead and Micheal Myers, amonst many other original and franchised characters. 

The Good Guy brings a bunch of new perks and comes with a power that allows his to disorientate the players and perform fast sneak attacks. Chucky’s killer move, “Playtime’s Over,” is a nifty power that lets our pint-sized terror switch into Hidey-Ho Mode whenever he pleases. Talk about stealth mode on steroids! He becomes a shadow, a whisper, thanks to the activation of  the Undetectable Status Effect. This mode also leaves baffling footprints all over the map and throwing Survivors into a tizzy with phantom sounds coming at them from every which way.

But wait, there’s more! While lurking in Hidey-Ho Mode, Chucky gets to unleash his inner ninja with the Slice & Dice special – it’s a heart-pounding, adrenaline-pumping dash that ends with a leap and a lethal attack. And for those quick getaways or sneaky shortcuts? Chucky’s Scamper ability lets him dive through windows or scoot under pallets faster than you can say “Good Guys.” 

Now let’s talk perks – Chucky’s got a trio of them! With Hex: Two Can Play, he turns the tables on those pesky Survivors, giving them a taste of their own medicine if they try any funny business, reversing the effects of pallet stuns and flashlights. Friends ’til the End is like a homing beacon for mischief, lighting up your Obsession every time a different Survivor gets hooked. And Batteries Included? That’s Chucky’s turbo-charge, juicing him up with a 5% power boost near finished generators.

Chucky’s bringing his brand of mayhem to Dead by Daylight today November 28th. Get ready to play on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the Windows Store. It’s going to be killer!
