The 1996 horror film Thinner was adapted from a Stephen King book of the same name. It was the last novel King released under the Richard Bachman pseudonym, with King “killing” off the writer a couple of years later. Two more Bachman books were “found” many years later, with The Regulators being published in 1996 and Blaze in 2007, both published posthumously.
